Hiya Paul, I actually live near a place called Leigh, (about 20 mins from Eccles), I seen you guest pose at Southport last year & I am currently dieting down to do the Southport show this year (6weeks time), I am only a short guy (5`6') & currently just under 13 stone & wondering if there was any chance I could come down to your gym to get a bit of advice from yourself & poss a workout aswell. If not take care mate you look amazing.

Hello Paul.
First time i saw you was at the 2002 Wpf World Championships, where I competed as a junior at this time. I just want to say that I was very impresed
of your condition and for me you made a very friendly 'look'. As my brother Christoph saw you at the video and also in 2003 in Italy I think you got a new fan!!! He was so impressed of your hard and ripped look that he decided to compete his first show as Junior and all he wanted was to become as hard as possible. Normaly he is a very sensible and quiet person. What can I say, his posing routine was exactly like yours to the song: skill skin, inside. Only his haircut wasnt the same ;-) He became fitness junior world champion at the nabba in 2005.

You are my hero. Not a word to be tossed around lightly...sorry for the loss of your dad. It inspires me to see a man so clear in his vision for what makes him happy as well as so committed to doing what it takes to accomplish that vision. I will take your quote to heart. I am truly inspired by your honesty, dedication, and obvious results. My hat is off to you, Paul - you shared your heart on your website, and this is rare. I'm in my early 50's and still doing great in the gym - not a competitor, just love challenging myself constantly on the weights. All the best to you!
